Terms & Conditions
Customer Acknowledgement
By accessing the Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC website or placing an order with Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC, you agree to the following statements and conditions:
Customer Declaration
I affirm that:
- I am at least twenty-one (21) years old.
- Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC is not violating any state or local law by selling or delivering ammunition or firearm accessories to me.
- I am not under indictment for, nor have I been convicted of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I am not an unlawful user of, nor addicted to, any controlled substance.
- I have not been adjudicated as mentally defective, nor have I been committed to any mental institution.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, nor a nonimmigrant alien.
- I have never been, nor am I expected to be, dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I am not subject to any domestic violence restraining orders.
- I have never been, nor am I expected to be, convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I will not engage in unauthorized export of defense articles.
Indemnification for Misrepresentation
If any of the statements in the Customer Declaration section are found to be false, you agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, civil liability, or criminal prosecution.
Shipping Information
We strive to deliver your products promptly and efficiently. During checkout, you can select a shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx) and designate the delivery address. This information cannot be changed after checkout. Ownership of the products transfers to you once delivered to the address provided at checkout, according to the carrier’s records. After delivery, you assume all responsibility for the products, including the risk of theft or damage. Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC disclaims all liability for products once delivered.
Shipping to New York
Orders shipping to New York must be sent to a federal firearms licensee (FFL) or a Registered Seller of Ammunition, who will conduct a state-mandated background check before transferring your ammunition to you. Ownership transfers only after passing the background check and physical transfer by the FFL or Registered Seller. If you do not pass the background check, the products will be returned to our warehouse, and you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship outside the contiguous United States, nor to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Massachusetts, Chicago, New York City, or any other areas where shipping is prohibited by law. Orders to restricted areas will be canceled, and you will be subject to a cancellation fee. We ship to Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, but require state-mandated documentation before release. We may verify these documents at our discretion.
Order Cancellation by Customers
Our automated system begins processing orders immediately. Therefore, you cannot cancel or change an order once submitted. For security reasons, we cannot alter product information or credit card charges after an order is placed.
Order Cancellation by Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC
We reserve the right to cancel orders if you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Canceled orders will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $30 or 5% of the total purchase amount, whichever is greater.
Refusal to Accept Delivery
By placing an order, you agree to accept delivery at the designated address. If you refuse delivery, you forfeit the full purchase amount, including taxes and shipping fees, and will be charged for return shipping. No refunds will be provided if you refuse delivery.
Returns
We accept returns for damaged or defective products only, not for damage to packaging. Products must be returned within 30 days of the order date. To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@mwlp.com to receive a Return Request form. The form must be completed and damage documented with photos. Upon approval, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Returned products are inspected upon arrival. Approved returns will be replaced or issued store credit. Products in sellable condition will receive full credit unless damage occurred in transit and was properly documented.
Liability and Indemnification
Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC sells products manufactured by third parties. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for any purpose and are not liable for any claims or damages. You agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any damages arising from your use of the products. This includes civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the use, storage, or transportation of the products. If any party files a claim against Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC related to your purchase or use of our products, you will indemnify and defend us against any resulting damages.
Jurisdiction
All legal claims against Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC must be filed in a court located in Davis County, Utah. Any claims filed elsewhere will be removed to Davis County, Utah, and you will reimburse us for any costs incurred.
Governing Law
Utah law governs your use of our site, your purchase and use of products, any information received from us, and any legal actions related to these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
All dispute resolution proceedings between you and Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC will be conducted individually, not as part of a class action.
Email Communications
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to receive follow-up emails about your purchase and other communications from Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. Pricing errors in emails are not binding; final prices are as listed on our website.
Recording Customer Phone Calls
We may record and monitor customer service calls to ensure quality service. By communicating with us by phone, you consent to this practice.
Trademarks and Copyright
All content on the Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC website is copyrighted by Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC. The trademarks “Mountain West Lethal Precision” and “MWLP” are registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the State of Utah.
Reporting Illegal Activity
To report illegal firearms or ammunition activity, contact the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives at 1-800-ATF-GUNS or ATFTips@atf.gov. Tips can be submitted anonymously.
User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to provide information through our site. By using our site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for your submissions and the consequences of posting them. You grant Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display any content you post. You must comply with any additional terms for contests, promotions, or other features.
Security Rules
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability. Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC will investigate and cooperate with law enforcement regarding any suspected violations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, probing or testing of system vulnerabilities, interference with service, and sending viruses or other harmful code.
Proprietary Rights
Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC owns or is licensed to use all content on our site. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any materials without our permission. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any content you post grants us a license to use it as described in these terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Mountain West Lethal Precision, LLC regarding your use of our site. Any failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
